The above price is applicable for sites located within Gurgaon (Gurugram).

For locations outside Gurgaon, additional transportation and travel charges may apply as applicable based on the project location. Any additional charges will be communicated and confirmed with the customer before the site visit.

Important Note

This package provides a preliminary technical site inspection and consultation. It is not a statutory certification, detailed structural audit, electrical safety certification or detailed engineering consultancy. Detailed drawings, BOQ, testing, certification, engineering reports or specialist consultancy, where required, will be quoted separately.

Payment / Project Adjustment

If you proceed with an eligible MTS Projects execution project, the ₹999 site inspection fee can be adjusted against the project, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
